We are not responsible for items that have been declared as “delivered” to your residence by tracking but are lost, stolen or missing. We will work with you to help recover the item.

All of our products are made to order. Please take into consideration product fulfillment time frames plus shipping speed when placing your order.

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.).

For a more accurate estimated date of delivery you must add shipping times on top of the fulfillment times mentioned above.

97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

This is a busy time of year for us and our carriers, so we can’t guarantee that all orders will be delivered by December 21st. But you should still place your orders by these dates for your best chance to get them on time!

We can not accept returns for our apparel because it is custom printed for your order. If they arrive damaged or defective please contact us.

All orders on our site are made-to-order and custom based on your decision for shirt color, size, and graphic. Please choose your site sizing correctly. If there has been a problem with incorrect sizing please contact us.
